...are situated on a 70 acre farm with woodland. We have a small outdoor play area, pond for observing ornamental waterfowl and nature trails, where buzzards, deer and many wild flowers can be seen. An outdoor seating and barbeque area is also available for guests.

We allow one well-behaved dog per cottage (except Brackenthwaite Cottage) and visitors may also bring their own horse on holidays, as there are stabling and grazing facilities. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our accommodation.

Keepers Cottage:	sleeps 4
All bed linen and electricity is included in all four of our holiday cottages, but we do not provide towels. Cots and high chairs are available on request. There is also supplementary electric heating in all four cottages, if required.
